Ingredients
Red chilli powder, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cottonseed oil and Asafoetida.
How To Use
- Add 1kg of raw mangoes (cut into cubes) into 100gm kpra mango pickle masala & 200gm salt.
- Mix well all the ingredients & store in a dry airtight container for two days.
- Open after two days & stir well.
- Heat 250gm edible oil (tadka), set aside to cool & pour it over the cubes.
- Mouthwatering Mango Pickle is ready.
- Keep 1/2 inch layer of oil on the pickle
(You can use this spice for preparing Sabz Achari, Achari Tikka)
